Visa
- A visa is generally required for EU and UK residents to enter Russia. Depending on your passport’s country of issue, visa options vary.

Travel
- We recommend entry into Moscow via Vnukovo Airport (VKO) due to it’s close proximity to the venue and Moscow City centre.
- Direct flights to Moscow are limited, likely requiring a connection in Turkey / China / India / UAE / Azerbaijan.
- The recommended airline for the most economical flights into Vnukovo International Airport (VKO) is Pegasus Airlines.
Finances
- As an international individual in Russia, the only possible method of payment is cash.
- Russia DOES NOT accept Visa or Mastercard.
- If you are unable to obtain Russian Rubles prior to arriving in Russia, there are currency exchange counters in the airport where currency exchanges are possible.
On the day
On the day of the wedding, transfers will be arranged from The Double Tree to the venue, with return transport provided at the end of the evening.
Should you be required to leave prior to the end of the evening, alternative transport can be arranged.
